Deposit Protection

Please find below a general overview of typical charges/costs an intending Tenant will need to budget for and should consider before applying to us to rent a property:
Holding Deposit: This is the equivalent to 1 weeks rental. This is payable once a tenant decides to proceed with a tenancy and if the tenancy proceeds this amount will be deducted from the deposit that is due.
Deposit: This is the equivalent to 5 weeks rental and will be held in a Government approved Scheme
Rental: Rent is paid in advance and therefore the first months rental will be payable prior to the tenancy commencement date
