GRAZING

We have a ~2 acre paddock, suitable for up to two horses (or equiv depending on size), at Wooburn Green. The field has a water trough as well as a tap on the entry gate. It also includes an open store on the entry gateway, and a field shelter within the paddock itself. The paddock does have a public right of way (public footpath) that runs through the southern most corner of the paddock. It would be ideally suited for semi-retired, or retired horses as there is not excellent connection to public bridleways or horse riding routes locally.
